Councillor Allison Coate's first visit today was to the Storehouse Food Hub part of Inn Churches an organisation that provides practical support to the homeless, vulnerably housed and those in food poverty to help them make a change with dignity and choice. They work with other community groups and organisations such as Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food and Foodsavers in Bradford.
Allisons second visit of the day was to Skills Kitchen in Saltaire which was a Health & Social Care Scrutiny visit. It’s just a coincidence that both visits are to do with food on the same day!
