Today the Government has announced an additional £20 million in innovative projects supporting people in adult social care and unpaid carers across the country.
- We are sticking to the plan to support carers and people in adult social care by introducing the £20 million Accelerating Reform Fund, which will expand community-based care models such as Shared Lives, which matches adults with approved carers.
